Ron Baldwin is a South Jersey based Blues keyboard player who specializes in thundering eight to the bar blues and boogie woogie piano and greasy, screaming Hammond organ.

With  keyboard stylings are drawn from blues, boogie woogie, jazz, gospel and rock & roll. Ron's Influences on piano include the masters : Otis Spann, Albert Ammons, Pete Johnson, Amos Milburn, Johnnie Johnson, Professor Longhair and contemporaries like Bob Seeley, Fred Kaplan and Rob Rio. Hammond Organ influences include Jimmy McGriff, Jimmy Smith, Ron Levy, Hank Marr, Bill Doggett and Bruce Katz.

You can hear Ron play regularly with some of the Philadelphia area's best blues acts including :

James Day & the Fish Fry - a 5 piece west coast harmonica driven blues ensemble, reminiscent of the James Harman Band, Rod Piazza & the Mighty Flyers and Kim Wilson with a touch of New Orleans rhythm and blues thrown in for extra seasoning.

 Melissa Martin & the Mighty Rhythm Kings  - are one of the Philadelphia area’s longest running jump blues bands. Ranging from an intimate trio to a full 6 piece band, Melissa's vocals are the highlight of each performance.

Ron Kraemer & the Hurricanes – Are a first class blues band out of River City, AKA Trenton, NJ. Led by Ron Kraemer’s tasty hollow body Gibson Guitar and vocals, the Hurricanes always feature the best musicians in the tri-state area.  

You can also find Ron handling the keyboards with other Philadelphia area bands such as The Randy Lippincott Band and Russ Lambert and the Shakedance Band

Ron has shared the stage with national acts such James Harman , Nathan James, Commander Cody, Eddie Shaw and the Wolf Gang, Tom Principato Dennis Greunlling and Eric Stoeckel in addition to playing  behind other musicians in the Philadelphia area including, George Bonds, Carol Moog, Mikey Jr., Gypsy Joe Alvez, "Chicago" Dave Gonzales, The Mojo Gypsies and Barbrcue Bob.
